We traveled from Miami to Albany for an event and our fresh flowers were damaged during the drive. In a last-minute panic, we found this florist just minutes from our Airbnb. She truly saved the day! Not only did she quickly help us, but she made our centerpieces look even better than originally planned. Her talent, professionalism, and kindness were unmatched. I live in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida and needed flowers to be delivered to a very remote area that 10 other local florists said no to! Flowers by Andrea are not even in the same city I needed them to go to and they said yes!!!!! They were outstanding on the phone and most accomodating!!!!!! Service like this is rare!!!!!! I can't say enough about them!!!!! THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU!!!!!!!

Let me preface this with saying I ordered this over the phone from 3000 miles away. I’m in California and my girlfriend is in Georgia. I wanted to get her something beautiful to let her know that even though I’m not there right now I’m still going to do my best to take care of her. Let me also preface this by saying I’m colorblind and don’t have a lick of sense for color coordination or what flowers go well together or how to create a beautiful display. Flowers by Andrea was able to help my hopeless butt out! For me, the flowers that I purchased were determined by a conversation I had with one of the people who worked there. I told her what the occasion was, went into a little more backstory of what emotions I was trying to convey and voila! They were able to turn that into a lovely display and get it delivered within 24 hours. The flowers made my girlfriend’s day and it was truly a lovely display. I look forward to being a patron of Flowers by Andrea during my time in the region. Thank you Stephanie and Andrea!
